Attorney Timothy P. Remick is an attorney with over twenty-five years experience representing individuals and businesses in both Arizona and California.

 

Attorney Remick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1993, and is a member of the State Bars of Arizona and California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona and the Eastern and Central Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His areas of practice include the following:

With his prior professional experience, Attorney Remick is uniquely qualified to represent clients in real estate and construction matters. He was the qualifying party of a licensed general contractor in the State of Arizona from 1989 to 2001 and a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona from 1992 to 1996. He is a regular presenter of continuing education courses for real estate professionals.
